A Complete Lesson for Tense



Tense With Details....

There are three types of tenses
# Present Tense
# Past Tense
# Future Tense

Every tense has four forms.

# Present Tense:
1. Present Indefinite Tense
2. Present Continuous Tense
3. Present Perfect Tense
4. Present Perfect Continuous Tense

# Past Tense:
1. Past Indefinite Tense
2. Past Continuous Tense
3. Past Perfect Tense
4. Past Perfect Continuous Tense

# Future Tense:
1. Future Indefinite Tense
2. Future Continuous Tense
3. Future Perfect Tense
4. Future Perfect Continuous Tense

Now on details:

01.            Present Indefinite Tense: Subject + Present Form of Main Verb + Others.

02.            Present Continuous Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb am/is/are + ing with Root Verb + Others.

03.            Present Perfect Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb have/has + Past participle Form of Root Verb + Others.

04.            Present Perfect Continuous Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb have been/has been + ing with Root Verb + Object + since/for + Others.

05.            Past Indefinite Tense: Subject + Past Form of Root Verb + Others.

06.            Past Continuous Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb was/ware + ing With Root Verb + Others.

07.            Past Perfect Tense:
i)                   Subject + Auxiliary Verb `had` Past Participle form of Root Verb + Others
ii)                Subject + Past Form of Root Verb + Others.

Note: There will be set `before/after` between two rules.

08.            Past Perfect Continuous Tense:
i)                   Subject + Auxiliary Verb `had been` + ing with Root Verb + Others.
ii)                Subject + Past Form of Root Verb + Others.

Note: There must be fixed time.

09.            Future Indefinite Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb `shall/will` + Present form of Root Verb + Others.

10.            Future Continuous Tense: Subject + Auxiliary Verb `shall be/ will be` + ing with Root Verb + Others.

11.            Future Perfect Tense:
i)                   Subject + Auxiliary Verb `shall have/will have` Past Participle form of Root Verb + Others
ii)                Subject + Present Form of Root Verb + Others.

Note: There will be set `before/after` between two rules.

12.            Past Perfect Continuous Tense:
i)                   Subject + Auxiliary Verb `shall have been/will have been` + ing with Root Verb + Others.
ii)                Subject + Present Form of Root Verb + Others.

Note: There must be fixed time.
